TATU Highway Group conducted specialized training on 6S management for all employees.

To help employees develop good behavioral norms and work habits, and to comprehensively improve their overall quality, thereby further enhancing the institutionalization, standardization, and scientific level of the company's overall management, TATU Highway Group conducted a company-wide 6S management training session on December 9, 2020, in the third-floor conference room of its Zhengzhou office.

This training session was hosted and led by Wang Yang, a supervisor from the group headquarters.  Leaders from TATU Highway Group's Zhengzhou base and nearly 200 employees from the group's Zhengzhou base attended the meeting. Employees from other bases in Nantong, Cangzhou, Lanzhou, Chengdu, Guilin, and Nanchang also participated in the training via live video streaming.

During this training session, the main lecturer, Wang Yang, systematically explained the origin and definition of 6S management.  He combined specific case studies to explain in detail the six elements of 6S management—sorting, setting in order, shining, standardizing, sustaining, and safety—and their implementation points. He also provided an in-depth explanation of the group's standardized management methods and the steps and key points for implementing 6S management.


Implementing 6S management is not merely for appearances or for show. Companies implement 6S management internally because they hope to bring about substantial changes through it. The implementation of 6S is not static, nor is it simply a matter of explaining the words sorting, setting in order, shining, standardizing, sustaining, and safety.  During the implementation process, it is often necessary to effectively combine the basic content of 6S with the specific circumstances of the company, continuously exploring and accumulating experience suitable for the company's own implementation.


This 6S management training is a starting point, not an end point. We will continue to promote on-site management, cultivate good habits, improve employee quality, persevere, and work diligently to make 6S management a part of the corporate culture, thus contributing to the continuous growth of the company's market scale and profitability. TATU employees will continue to work hard to comprehensively and effectively implement 6S management, showcasing the TATU image and creating a better future together!
